As a nervous patient who’s had negative experiences with previous Dentists, Dr Pavlovic and his lovely team were a happy surprise! I went in for an initial consultation and felt like I was being really listened to and my fears addressed. During my treatments I was calmed and reassured and was allowed plenty of time if I needed it. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a positive Dentist experience!

Wonderful care. The best dental treatment I have ever had

I have always been anxious about visiting the Hygienist due to highly sensitive teeth. However, when I recently saw Estie I can honestly say that the whole experience was completely trauma-free. She took on board my anxieties and was gentle and careful throughout, manually descaling the affected teeth and only using the cold air polish (and even then very cautiously) on those teeth not affected.

I have no qualms whatsoever about a repeat visit and can highly recommend Estie for her professionalism.

The treatment l have received from her nurses have been excellent. I came to her very anxious knowing that l needed a considerable amount of complicated dentistry. Her expertise and compassion have been outstanding.

Indeed all the staff that l have come into contact with at the practice have been very helpful, kind and considerate. With many thanks to all.

My wife Catherine was desperate when she found Dr Aisling Quinn. She has a complex large bridge and had a horrendous root abscess hidden away behind it. Aisling saw her for assessment and decided what Catherine already thought, that it really needed immediate treatment. And that is what Aisling did – the treatment was done that day in Aisling’s lunch break. Aisling was not going to leave her in a dangerous condition and she could not be more grateful. She was really frightened and Aisling took all the worry away and treated her with great efficiency and kindness. There are not many dentists with Aisling’s skill and tools. We are lucky to have Dr Quinn in Tunbridge Wells. Catherine was referred to Dr Quinn from her usual dentist who does root canal fillings normally but did not feel capable to carry out this procedure.

I have always had teeth/gum problems since I was a young girl. I inherited Pedja from his predecessor and ever since I have been so happy with the work he has done to my teeth. He NEVER hurts, always listens and explains what he is doing and why. Pedja is also clearly a world expert in his field and held in high regard by colleagues and patients alike. I have recommended him to a friend who now like me would never go anywhere else.

Guy became my dentist 6 months ago and I would now recommend him to absolutely anyone.

He’s taken infinite care to restore my teeth and gums to a healthy condition that I had frankly accepted to be a matter for history – I’d grown so used to being careful around raspberry pips and chewing seedy bread on one side only that I’ve almost required retraining now that everything works properly.

More importantly (for my personal vanity) he’s given me a smile that I’m happy to flash anywhere! An un-erupted canine meant that for over 40 years my teeth have been gappy on the left hand side of my mouth, with a lonely isolated incisor that from the right angle looked like a fang.

I’ve previously been quoted more than £4,000 for remedial treatment, plus surgery costs to remove the canine. Guy fixed things completely to my satisfaction by creating two cosmetic fillings that ‘fill the gaps’ and give a convincing illusion of balance to my smile – in just 90 minutes and for the princely sum of £300. He’s an artist, a perfectionist – and very much a pragmatist, too.

The reception is immaculate, welcoming and they always give their full attention. All the staff are patient, attentive and make your time there as efficient and comfortable as possible.

I can thoroughly recommend this practice. Excellent practitioners supported by good receptionists.

This is the second time I have used the Practice, on both occasions, my experience has been one of complete satisfaction. Without hesitation, I would recommend your service to others.

The treatment has been consistently efficient, the end results cosmetically superb and the courteous and friendly reception exemplary from all members of staff. The work was undertaken without any discomfort on my part and everything was clearly explained at every stage, including the costs involved.

I cannot praise highly enough the expertise of the dental specialists and their supporting teams, as well as the reception staff and flexible booking arrangements. They also liaise with my regular dentist, which means all is co-ordinated. A gem of a practice!!

I attended this practice because of Pedja as I was seeking advice on a difficult situation and I felt that Pedja was someone to whom I could trust. His advice was different from everyone else I consulted and I knew at once he was right.

From that point onwards I just absolutely trusted him and went ahead with the plan he outlined to me verbally and within a written estimate of all costs in advance of the treatment.

Pedja gives you confidence, you know you are in safe hands and I was able to relax and stopped worrying. He is extraordinarily empathetic, he seems to instinctively know how you feel and explains each stage of the implant process thoroughly. I felt that Pedja not only looked after my teeth but he also looked after me!

The treatment is over now and every day I am amazed at the results. The implant with a double crown fits perfectly and I can now eat properly with confidence. It has been a huge success and I know that Pedja’s excellent advice and treatment will save me further treatment and money in the long term.

I am 63, I can’t expect my teeth to get better but I am hugely relieved to have someone like Pedja looking after them and me! I used to dread going to the dentist, felt constantly anxious about the costs and unable to trust the advice I was given as often things went wrong in the past. I have a condition which affects my immune system so long term good advice and treatment is essential. The practice is exemplary and professional in every way. All the staff were extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable of the treatment I was having. I was able to stage the payments for my treatment over approximately six months, which was very helpful.

I was referred to CAPI by my regular dentist who said I needed specialist treatment. Despite the obvious trepidation I received a very professional and immaculate treatment.

The end result has transformed not only my teeth and gums but lead to a significant improvement in my oral hygiene. When I go to my regular dentist now I have had no need for any treatment now for four years, for me that is a miracle.

Having had dental problems most my life, it was with the utmost relief to find such an amazing surgeon, Dr Pedja Pavlovic, and a wonderful support team who have proved to be my salvation. Dr Pavlovic’s superb skills have proved time and again to be nothing short of superb. That, together with his wicked sense of humour and endearing personality, always ensure that, even when conducting quite specialised/intricate surgery/procedures, the experience is always extremely positive and his support staff, namely Gabrielle, Polly and Julie always ensure you receive their undivided attention, care and first class advice, all done with a smile! Their post-procedure/surgical support, help and advice is excellent, nothing ever being too much trouble. It’s always a pleasure to attend the clinic, especially when you are welcomed by such a team of wonderful people. Thank you one and all for all you’ve done, and continue to do, for me!

I have been receiving treatment from Dr Pavlovic since January 2003 and have had now four courses of Soft Tissue Grafting to prevent further recession of my gums. At all times during the past six years I have received fantastic care and support.

Having given up hope that my gums would recede and my teeth would fall out I am forever indebted to the treatment that Dr Pavlovic has carried out.

During the long and sometimes uncomfortable treatments, I was always kept informed as to what was going on and comforted by his nurse Gabrielle. Pedja always advise exactly what he is doing, so I am aware of the intricate nature of the treatment, the stitching and grafting , it is an amazing operation.

I was referred to Dr Pavlovic by my dentist during 2004 for gum problems.

I was very apprehensive about my visit to see Dr Pavlovic, as I had neglected my dental health care for a number of years and having only recently got the confidence of my dentist I was very concerned about the way I may be treated and what views / opinions would be expressed on my initial visit.

Such was my concerns that I needed very little in the way of adverse comments about my dental situation and the treatment that I may require, which would result in the return of my fear of dentists, causing me to leave and never return.

However on my initial visit, I and very pleased to say that Dr Pavlovic and his receptionist and dental nurs e, were extremely welcoming and friendly, immediately put me at ease albeit still very nervous about my consultation.

When I met Dr Pavlovic and his team for the first time , I was greeted with a smile and a handshake, to me that was very important, as I was in total fear of what was about to happen and be said about my teeth and gums.

My fears were unfounded I have found both Dr Pavlovic and his team to be extremely professional people, with their experience and people orientated skills, they have the ability to put patients at ease and ooze confidence.

Having gained my trust, through my regular appointments, Dr Pavlovic has changed my life,hedid not make judgements but explained a course of treatment that if I followed would allow me to keep my teeth and improve my gums, as well as, giving me clear concise instructions for personal dental care.

Some of the treatment has been very unpleasant but Dr Pavlovic, as a true expert in his field has always spoken about the positives albeit explaining fully to me the negative possibilities.

My life has changed as I now have a very presentable set of teeth and healthy gums, which I hoped for but did not expect from their initial condition, for which I an eternally grateful for following the course of treatment carried out by Dr Pavlovic and Gabrielle.

I now have regular maintenance appointments with Dr Pavlovic to keep my dental health care under control.

When I visit the practice now I am totally relaxed and I converse with Dr Pavlovic and Gabrielle like we are old friends.

I would certainly recommend Dr Pavlovic to anybody who requires periodontal dental treatment, I can not speak highly enough of Dr Pavlovic, his work and practice
