At CAPI we are dedicated to creating an outstanding patient journey in a relaxed and professional manner. We understand that any dental procedure can be daunting and we aim to make the experience clear and comfortable. The role of our Treatment Coordinator (TCO), Dawn, is to help our patients understand the proposed treatment, guiding them through the procedures involved and giving one to one support whenever needed. She will facilitate any concerns and questions and assist in establishing the right treatment options for the patient.
For new patients, Dawn will be the first point of contact and will ensure that they are introduced and welcomed into the Practice. She will manage the initial appointments and ensure the patient is fully informed and comfortable throughout any treatment.
Dawn can be contacted at any stage for advice and her services are available at no extra charge, as part of our exceptional service.
